Guest Speaker Bio -- Tuesday, January 29th

Noël Bonam is the director of the Maine Office of Multicultural Affairs for the State of Maine . He has a Masters in Personnel management with a specialization in Government and he is a graduate of the Senior Executive program at Harvard University ’s Kennedy School of Government. He has several years of international experience in cross-cultural organizational development and in collaborative facilitative leadership development in bureaucratic environments. Bonam is a visual and performing artist from India and is the host of the weekly talk radio show “Culture Matters.”

He will speak about the following:
- What is happening across the State of Maine in terms of demographic changes;
- The rationale for systematic approaches to equal access to services;
- Introspective ways to identifying personal responsibility.
